TABLETOP TABLE — SHIPPING POLICY

At Tabletop Table, we want your gaming gear to arrive safely, securely, and ready to elevate your play. The following Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, delivery, tracking, international duties, and responsibilities for both domestic and international orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Expected times of shipping with delivery completed within 14 days for available stock.

Preorders / Backorders

Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and may vary based on production timelines. These dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, freight, or materials constraints.

Processing Delays

We reserve the right to adjust processing times during peak seasons, launches, or due to unforeseen operational issues. If a delay is significant, our team will reach out via email.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using a variety of trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and reputable freight partners for larger items. Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment team based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping speed options (e.g., Ground, Expedited) reflect carrier transit time only, and do not include our internal processing time.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear, depending on carrier systems.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package as needed.


4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but is not received:

- Please check with neighbors, building management, or mailrooms.

- If still not found, contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace.

- We may assist at our discretion, but Tabletop Table is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier marks them delivered.

Signature Requirement

We may require signature confirmation on high-value shipments. This is to protect you and ensure safe delivery.


5. International Shipping

We are proud to ship worldwide. Because every country’s import policies differ, international customers must review and accept the following terms before completing checkout.


5.1 Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Customer Responsibility)

All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This means:

- Duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other governmental charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

- These fees are set and collected by your local customs authority—not by Tabletop Table.

- The customer is solely responsible for paying all import charges required for the package to be released and delivered.

- By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for these costs.

Failure to pay these fees may result in delays, returned shipments, or non-delivery.


5.2 Customs Clearance & Delays

International orders may be held by customs for inspection or processing. Tabletop Table:

- Cannot predict or control customs timelines

- Is not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies, import authorities, or carrier processing

- Cannot intervene with customs decisions or expedite clearance

Any delays caused by customs do not qualify for refunds or cancellation of shipped orders.


5.3 Refused, Unclaimed, or Unpaid-Duty Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery, does not pay required import fees, or fails to collect the shipment:

- The package may be returned to us or destroyed by customs, depending on your country’s rules

- If returned, all return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, and carrier expenses incurred by Tabletop Table will be deducted from any refund

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- If the package is not returned or is destroyed, no refund will be issued

These rules protect our small business from the high cost of international returns.


5.4 Incorrect Addresses & Re-Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate address information.

Tabletop Table is not liable for:

- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

- Packages lost due to address errors

- Re-shipment costs after a failed delivery attempt

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.


5.5 Shipping Times (International)

Transit times vary widely depending on carrier, destination, customs clearance, and regional logistics.

Estimated transit times are not guarantees, and delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds once the order has shipped.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, email support@tabletoptable.com within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the exterior box

- Photos of the damaged product

We will determine next steps at our discretion.

Lost in Transit (Not Marked Delivered)

If a package is lost before being marked delivered:

- We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

- Resolution timelines vary by carrier

- A replacement may be issued at our discretion after the carrier completes its investigation

Marked as Delivered, Not Received

If the carrier marks a shipment as delivered, Tabletop Table is not liable for theft, misdelivery, or loss.

We may offer support, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.


7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment when applicable.


8. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your address after placing an order:

- Contact support@tabletoptable.com immediately

- Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is in processing or has shipped

- If a package ships to an old or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for recovery or replacement costs


9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, size, destination, and carrier rates.
All shipping fees—domestic and international—are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
