Welcome to Tabletop Table. We are committed to providing premium, long-lasting gaming tables and accessories that help elevate your play and make your gaming experiences even more meaningful. As such, we are also committed to taking care of our customers and our products. The following Terms & Conditions outline our policies on preorders, returns, and product warranties, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your rights and our commitments.

1. Preorder & Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your preorder or a non-shipped order for a full refund at any time prior to your order being processed for fulfillment. To cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@tabletoptable.com with your order number. No cancellation fees or penalties will be applied.

2. 30-Day "Try-It-At-Home" Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tabletop Table order, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund of the product price.

  • Return Authorization: All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, you must complete and submit our official RMA Request Form prior to 30 calendar days elapsing from the shipment date of your order. Submission of the RMA Request Form within this 30-day window constitutes the official and only method of requesting a return under our 30-Day "Try-It-At-Home" Guarantee.

    RMA requests submitted after 30 calendar days from the shipment date will not qualify for return eligibility, regardless of prior communication. Emailing support without completing the RMA Request Form does not constitute a valid return request. Photos may be required to assess the product’s condition before the return is authorized.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product arrives defective or damaged upon initial delivery. In that case Tabletop Table will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in "like-new" condition and packed securely in the original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, a replacement box can be purchased at cost. If, upon inspection, the product is not found to be in “like-new condition”, a refund may not be issued; determinations are at the sole discretion of Tabletop Table.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

This guarantee is designed to give customers the opportunity to experience the product in their home and evaluate whether it is the right fit for their space and playstyle.

It is not intended as a price-matching mechanism for promotions, discounts, or sales that occur after an order is placed.

Requests to return and repurchase the same product at a lower promotional price will not be eligible under this policy. Our 30-day guarantee is intended for evaluating the product in your home. Returns made for the purpose of repurchasing during a sale, promotion, or pricing change are not eligible. Tabletop Table reserves the right to decline returns that conflict with this intent.

3. Product Warranty

Every Tabletop Table product is crafted to the highest standards. Our warranty policies cover manufacturing defects and structural integrity.

  • Hexlite Product Line: All Hexlite tables and accessories are covered by a limited 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
  • Relic Product Line: All Relic tables and accessories are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

What is Covered:

  • Material and manufacturing defects.
  • Structural failures under normal and intended use.

What is Not Covered:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, spills, and other signs of normal use.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage from accidents or improper assembly. We may offer replacement parts, or arrange for repairs in these instances, assessing fees if necessary to cover our costs in providing these parts and services.
  • Natural variation in the materials used. Our Relic line of products is made of premium hardwood materials, and the natural characteristics and variation of hard woods are part of what make each product special and unique.

In the event of a covered issue, Tabletop Table will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us immediately at support@tabletoptable.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will prioritize a resolution, which may include a replacement or repair, at our expense. Reports must be received within 7 days of delivery. Delayed reports may disqualify your order from replacement or repair at our expense.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabletop Table shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
